The hotel had everything we needed, including a car hire service and a spa & wellness center. The staff were very friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room amenities were top-notch, with a balcony and terrace where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful garden views. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly memorable.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The hotel's facilities were fantastic, including two great pools with a pool bar that served delicious food and drinks. The staff were very friendly, always polite and could speak many languages, making communication easy and effortless. We also had a great time enjoying the various programmes to entertain both kids and adults available at the hotel, including a theatre and evening lounge bar. Moreover, we couldn't get enough of the hotel's incredibly clean and tidy environment, and the location was a huge plus - right next to the beach and within walking distance to the city center.

The food variety was pretty good and there were lots of options to choose from. The location was convenient and close to some shops and restaurants, which was great. , the rooms were clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable.

The staff were not friendly at all and gave off an unwelcoming vibe. , the wifi only worked in the lobby for a limited time and was not accessible in the rest of the hotel.

The beachfront location and all-inclusive cocktails were great for our romantic escape. The hotel also had daily entertainment which was enjoyable. We appreciated the option to rent a car and explore the area on our own.

The majority of the staff were not welcoming and seemed disinterested in making our stay enjoyable. The food was average and we had to go early to get a good table.
